Who we are
The Assertive Contact and Engagement (ACE) Service reaches out to people and groups who face multiple disadvantage and complex barriers to services.
We provide a variety of services, all tailored to the needs of those who may be fearful of services, mistrustful of treatment and who have had poor experiences in the past. Services include outreach, one-to-one support, groups and therapy. We are not a long term service, and aim to make accessing other services more easy.
ACE also provides training for community groups and services, on how to work with individuals with mental health issues.
Unfortunately we are not able to work with everyone who might find access services difficult, so please call to discuss if we can help.

Services include outreach, drop-ins, one-to-one support, groups and therapy. We are not a long term service, but will work flexibly until the people we support have accessed services or feel able to access services more easily on their own.

"Even though I was a bit difficult at the start I have come on leaps and bounds thanks to ACE and I'm getting better. Thank you!"
